Facility Use Request
Please review the steps below to request to use our facility for your upcoming event.
Step 1: Review First Moore Facility Use Guidelines
First Moore’s facility is open to potential use by its members, attenders, and local non-profit organizations.
All event requests must be submitted electronically at least six weeks prior to the event.
Only event requests with complete information will be considered.
First Moore will provide a detailed facility-use fee invoice before your event becomes official at our facility.
First Moore will charge a base fee for each event based upon event type, size, and space. There will be additional fees based on the event’s needs.
First Moore has a preferred on-site catering company available to provide food for your event. Your entity will deal directly with the caterer if you choose to use them. Outside catering from specific restaurants is allowed, but not from other catering companies.

Step 3: You will receive a confirmation email of your submitted event request.
Step 4: Our team will review your event request.
Step 5: Within two weeks of your facility use request submission, we will inform you of the status of your event.
Step 6: If your event is approved, we will provide you with the estimated facility use fee invoice and the next steps.
