At our Family Meeting on Sunday, July 26, we presented nine men as candidates to become Deacons at First Moore. These men were selected after extensive interviews and much prayer. We believe that the nine candidates selected meet the biblical requirements and don’t believe that a church vote is necessary. Instead, we want to provide time for anyone in the congregation to let us know if they have a biblical, moral, or ethical reason why one of the candidates might not be eligible.
